Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Insights: Apply data analysis and modeling techniques to develop and deliver timely, accurate, and meaningful insights to the business. Use data visualization and optimization techniques to communicate complex findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Business Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze functional processes, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular updates to site leadership, operations, and finance on effectiveness, client needs, and account-specific issues.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply knowledge of business and data design to identify and anticipate issues where data can be used to solve problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop standardized and ad-hoc reports for site and client stakeholders. Use data visualization techniques to communicate complex findings and recommendations.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools.
- Competencies: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
