Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent acquisition needs and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes.
- Analyze data, trends, and insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques to drive business insights and inform talent acquisition decisions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement talent acquisition initiatives and programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders and HR teams on talent acquisition best practices and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition and HR analytics.
- Participate in agile functions and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.
- Proven experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
