**Role Highlights**
* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour
* Enjoy a $310 Certification bonus for completing our comprehensive training program
* Participate in the Turbo Bonus Boost program, earning an additional $5.00 per hour from April 9th through 15th
* Work from home with flexible hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
* Minimum 30 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more
* Collaborate with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to ensure seamless customer support
**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and guidance on our tax preparation products and software. Your primary responsibilities will include:
