As a key member of our Contact Center team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience, from initial inquiries to post-purchase support. About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, online, and text message, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Triage incoming calls to the appropriate person or department to ensure seamless support for our customers.
- Complete administrative tasks, such as processing payments and updating customer information in our CarMax systems.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including collection policies and laws.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 month of related experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills.
- Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service).
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.
