The Role

As a Content Writer in our Consumer Experience team, you'll play a critical role in crafting educational content for multiple clients' benefits strategies. You'll serve as a consultant, utilizing your expertise in effective communication, English language, and benefits knowledge to support clients in reaching their program goals. Your primary focus will be on creating employee-facing communications that reflect client culture, tone, and style guides.

The pay range for this position is $57,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. As a full-time employee, you'll also be eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
