They are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to identify and qualify new business opportunities, helping to drive sales growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect Daily: Leverage tools like LinkedIn, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and cold calling to generate new business
- Achieve KPIs: Meet and exceed monthly targets for opportunity creation and sales activity
- Qualify Leads: Identify client needs, engage with prospects, and transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive
- Maintain CRM: Document outreach activities in Salesforce, ensuring a well-managed pipeline and accurate reporting
- Promote Intralinks: Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Intralinks' value proposition to corporate, legal, and banking professionals
- Understand Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of key personas, pain points, and business challenges to tailor your outreach
- Learn Intralinks’ Offerings: Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of success in a prospecting or lead generation sales role
- Strong ability to generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a passion for achieving team goals
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized and follow up effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Salesforce, and Salesloft
- Fluency in French
- Advanced Excel skills
