Key Responsibilities
As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Dispatching technicians and managing job assignments to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Accurately entering client information, payments, and confidential data into our system
- Maintaining organized records and ensuring data integrity
- Coordinating with technicians, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns
- Maximizing efficiency and productivity in dispatch operations to meet customer expectations
- Performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual skills (English and Spanish fluency)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or dispatch role
