Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. You'll participate in a hybrid training program, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, for approximately the first 6 months. After training, you'll move to a fully remote schedule, working on a second or third shift (5PM - 1AM or 9PM - 5AM) with flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed.
