Job Description: We??e looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Airbnb Co-Host to help manage day-to-day hosting responsibilities. You??l act as a liaison between us and our guests, ensuring seamless check-ins, clean properties, and responsive communication. Responsibilities: ??Communicate promptly with guests before, during, and after stays ??Coordinate and inspect cleanings and turnovers ??Manage restocking of essential supplies ??Handle check-in/check-out processes (remote or in-person as needed) ??Report and follow up on maintenance issues ??Monitor guest reviews and suggest improvements ??Support calendar and pricing management (optional/advanced) Requirements: ??Strong communication and organizational skills ??Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays ??Reliable transportation and smartphone ??Prior experience with Airbnb, STRs, or hospitality preferred Compensation: Base Pay and commission-based (depending on property/portfolio size).
