They are seeking exceptional recruiting coordinators to hire top-tier talent across various teams, shaping recruitment strategies to meet the growing demand. Responsibilities Schedule & coordinate interviews across a variety of open roles– virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones Serve as main logistical POC throughout the interview process, delivering white-glove candidate experience from initial phone screen to offer letter Manage high volumes of candidates with a high-sense of urgency – always anticipating & resolving logistical or scheduling issues quickly and professionally Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Skills 1+ year of previous experience in recruiting coordination (open to administrative or operations experience.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly operational with strong time management & organization skills Strong problem solving & critical thinking abilities Ability to navigate a fast-paced and scaling environment, along with evolving demands from the business Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Creativity & interest in navigating ambiguity/building from scratch Natural inclination to ownership & a strong work ethic Benefits Competitive total compensation package (cash + equity).
