Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wireless Technician to join our team in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. As a Wireless Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication equipment and networks. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair wireless communication equipment and networks, including cell sites, transmission equipment, and associated systems
- Perform routine maintenance and testing on wireless equipment and networks to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including faults, alarms, and customer complaints
- Operate and maintain electronic test equipment, measuring devices, meters, and hand tools
- Coordinate with other teams and organizations to clear troubles and resolve technical issues
- Provide instruction, assistance, and guidance to other technicians as required
- Perform network surveillance and emergency response as necessary, including after-hours projects, on-call duty, and overtime
- Drive a company vehicle to complete job assignments
- Maintain accurate records and logs of work performed, including reports and postings
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a technical field, such as telecommunications, electronics, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of wireless communication systems, including cell sites, transmission equipment, and associated systems
- Experience with electronic test equipment, measuring devices, meters, and hand tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance or assistance

- Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
