About the position
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Recruiter who will work very
collaboratively with our client to attract top tier talent for their open
positions. This recruiter will be well versed working closely with hiring
managers and has experience working all steps of the recruiting process. They
identify as being extremely detail oriented and a strong communicator.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
Work as a dedicated talent acquisition leader for our client and be
responsible for implementing staffing and recruiting processes, strategies,
and solutions.
Work directly with the client leaders, participate in client meetings, and
help to identify potential areas of improvement in the talent selection
process.
Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for
exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations.
Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
Diligently track requisition metrics to ensure success.
Proactively seeks out flaws or inefficiencies in processes and brings
creative solutions to the table.
Qualifications:
Bilingual-Spanish is required
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within an RPO
or staffing environment.
Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods
including passive sourcing.
Proven success achieving recruitment metrics.
Demonstrated ability to partner with top-level executives, understand complex
business needs, and deliver high-quality talent solutions aligned with
organizational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:
The starting range which will be offered to the selected candidate will be
between $23.00 and $32.00 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience,
training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified
