Qualifications:
• Experience in requirements management, including documenting and maintaining both functional and non-functional business requirements, as well as UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) specifications.
• Experience applying requirements analysis methodologies using Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean frameworks to capture business needs and define objectives, goals, and expected outcomes.
• Experience in business process modeling, including documenting workflows using swim lane diagrams, entity diagrams, and process flow diagrams, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Visio.
• Experience performing Quality Assurance (QA) analysis, including testing, validating, and ensuring requirements meet business and system expectations.
• Experience in data analysis using tools and technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to support business decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience identifying, analyzing, and defining business problems and contributing to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
• Experience in additional process improvement and analysis methodologies such as IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), Six Sigma, and AIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).
• Experience using test automation tools, including Selenium, Subject7, and/or Mabl, to support testing and validation processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
