About the position The Virtual Receptionist position at ReceptionHQ offers an exciting opportunity to work from home while providing professional telephone answering services for clients. As a key representative of both ReceptionHQ and its clients, the role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle calls efficiently in a 24/7 environment. Responsibilities ? Professionally handling incoming calls for clients and their callers , ? Providing exceptional customer service , ? Promptly and efficiently taking and relaying messages to clients , ? Offering a warm phone presence, generally smiling, being friendly, helpful and positive Requirements ? Preferably call center experience and/or experience in a fast-paced environment , ? Excellent speaking voice and telephone manner , ? Confidence with computers and typing skills (over 50 wpm) , ?
