Transportation Customer Service Representative (56312) HOURS: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm PAY RATE: $15-16.50/hr. DOE CPS Recruitment is partnering with a premier health care facility in Syracuse, NY to find a Transportation Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of their team! In this role you will arrange transportation for individuals needing to attend non-emergency medical appointments. Duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: ? Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner ? Analyze transportation scenarios to determine the optimal solution ? Process service requests and create authorizations ? Assist with vendor relations ? Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: ? High School Diploma or GED, Associates Degree is Communications, English, Public Relations, or related field, or the equivalent preferred ? Exceptional customer service, planning and organizational skills ? Able to work with management ? Excellent customer service skills ?
