About the position As a Ticket/Gate Agent at Delta Air Lines, you will play a vital role in ensuring that cargo is transported safely and on time. This entry-level seasonal position involves greeting customers, assisting with ticketing and baggage check-in, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. You will be responsible for various tasks including managing the check-in and boarding processes, handling baggage, and providing assistance to passengers, including unaccompanied minors and those with disabilities. Responsibilities ? Owning the check-in process and boarding process. , ? Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation. , ?
