Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions or services. Uphold confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations. Qualifications: Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. Experience in customer service or email/chat support preferred. Proficiency with CRM and email/chat software. Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a plus.
