Position Overview
Are you a charismatic, results‑driven professional with a passion for people and design? As the Team Leader, Customer Experience & Outreach at arenaflex, you will energize the sales floor, mentor associates, and ensure every guest receives a memorable, personalized experience. Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade, you will balance staffing, drive daily sales targets, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Workload Management: Partner with the Assistant Store Leader to allocate associate responsibilities, adjust staffing levels in real‑time, and maintain a visible, engaged presence on the sales floor.
- Coaching & Development: Deliver regular, constructive feedback; devise creative coaching initiatives that boost performance, confidence, and career progression for Sales Associates.
- Training & Knowledge Transfer: Lead comprehensive training sessions on product expertise, sales techniques, customer service excellence, visual merchandising, and company policies.
- Initiative Advocacy: Stay abreast of new store initiatives, communicate changes swiftly, and champion adoption across the department to ensure seamless integration into steady‑state operations.
- Sales Promotion & Product Awareness: Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of current inventory, upcoming launches, and out‑of‑stock items; proactively promote merchandise to meet and exceed sales goals.
- KPI Monitoring & Action Planning: Analyze key performance indicators, collaborate with the Assistant Store Leader to pinpoint gaps, and implement corrective actions that drive measurable improvements.
- Cross‑Functional Communication: Regularly interface with functional leaders to review business results, refine execution strategies, gather guest feedback, and align associate performance with overarching objectives.
- Guest Service Excellence: Model and reinforce gracious, swift, and efficient service standards; set clear expectations for associates and ensure every guest departs with a positive impression of arenaflex.
What You’ll Bring

Preferred Experience & Availability
- Minimum 1+ year of customer‑facing or retail experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
- Full‑Time Candidates: Flexible availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends to meet fluctuating traffic patterns.
- Part‑Time Candidates: Commitment to work at least two weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) plus one weekday or evening shift.
