Join Apple as a Support College Advisor, providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: ? Engaging with customers to provide world-class service and technical support. ? Troubleshooting and resolving issues for products like iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. ? Using technical expertise and creativity to meet customer needs. ? Following documented troubleshooting flows. ? Acting as the friendly voice of Apple and the first point of contact for customers. About You: The ideal candidate will have: ? Enrollment in a U.S. university through December 2027 or later, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher. ? A quiet home workspace with ergonomic furniture and a hard-wired internet connection. ? Availability for five weeks of full-time paid training and 20 weekly hours post-training. ? A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM. ? A GPA of 2.7 or higher. ? Preferred majors in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. ? Passion for customer service and issue resolution. ? Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment and navigate difficult conversations.
