Job Title: Sr Full Stack React Native Engineer ( Cloude Code )

Duration : 6 Months (Contract)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong end-to-end development expertise and leadership capabilities. This role requires hands-on experience across modern web and mobile technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable system design.
Note:
• Claude Code experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Feature Ownership ::
• Independently design, develop, and deliver medium to high complexity features
• Ensure scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives
Front-End Development ::
• Build responsive, high-performance UIs using React & React Native
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services
• Maintain consistent cross-platform user experience
Backend Engineering ::
• Develop backend systems using C#, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs & microservices architecture
• Ensure reliability and scalability of distributed systems
Cloud & Infrastructure ::
• Work with AWS services: ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Develop event-driven systems using Kafka, Debezium, SNS/NServiceBus
Database Development ::
• Design and optimize databases using SQL & PostgreSQL
• Ensure high performance, data integrity, and scalability
System Design & Architecture ::
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
• Apply best practices for scalable, maintainable systems
Mentorship & Collaboration ::
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams
Process Leadership ::
• Drive best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, version control
• Improve development processes and team efficiency
Technical Strategy ::
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Influence long-term technical direction and scalability
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in:
• React & React Native
• C#, TypeScript
• REST APIs & Microservices
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of system design and architecture
• Proven experience with:
• CI/CD pipelines
• Automated testing
• Code reviews & documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently with high accountability
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Freshworks
• AWS Certified Developer (or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code
