We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Data Scientist to join our CVS Media Exchange team. As a Sr. Data Scientist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improvement by leveraging advanced analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem-solving to develop digitally enabled products at CVS Health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical techniques to drive business growth and improvement
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement experiments, and analyze results to drive business outcomes
- Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
Requirements:
- Master's degree or equivalent work experience in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience applying modern machine learning methods to build predictive models for classification and regression problems
- 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL
- 2+ years of experience extracting meaningful insights from data analysis and interpreting results of complex models to present to business audiences
- 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering team to create modeling dataset, evaluate data quality, and perform feature engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing online experiments (A/B testing)
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively and confidently with cross-functional teams, project stakeholders, and senior management
- Ability to anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur
