About the Role:
As a CBRE Sr Consultant - Workplace Strategy & Change Management, you will manage the delivery of large to high-profile portfolio plans, occupancy strategies, and work environment solutions.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize client property portfolios and cultivate strong business relationships.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess workplace needs, forecasting space requirements based on business and market trends.
• Utilize data to design physical and virtual space solutions, visually presenting qualitative and quantitative information to illustrate spatial impacts.
• Formulate comprehensive change management strategies, detailing activity timelines, communication plans, governance structures, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and coordinate change management cohorts focusing on various workplace topics, aligning with approved local office strategies.
• Create adaptable communication templates for operational use, ensuring alignment with the overall change and communication strategy.
• Design engagement programs to educate employees on workplace topics, fostering awareness and adoption during project milestones.
• Guide clients through change management, promoting flexible work methods, and assisting business management in adopting new approaches.
• Oversee the creation, review, and approval of migration and origination plans, including schematic schedules, serving as a primary contact throughout the process.
• Maintain expert knowledge of evolving space needs and workplace environments.
• Launch post-occupancy learning strategies for office moves, reporting insights to local markets and consolidating findings for corporate real estate strategy adjustments.
• Evaluate work environment efficiency, effectiveness, and expression, securing approvals from key stakeholders and boards as required.
• Apply advanced knowledge to continuously seek and develop innovative methods for achieving individual and departmental objectives.
• Demonstrate specialized expertise in one's own discipline while possessing in-depth knowledge of other organizational functions.
• Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values and influencing senior-level stakeholders to adopt new perspectives.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Change Management qualification preferred (e.g., PROSCI).
• The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions and the ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions, having a broad impact on the business.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the Sr Consultant - Workplace Strategy & Change Management position is $100,000 per year and the maximum salary for the position is $140,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
