Job Summary
As a Software Engineering Manager II, Embedded Systems and Firmware Development, you will play a critical role in leading the development of embedded systems and firmware. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, providing technical leadership, and contributing to the company's technical strategy. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Software Development Experience: 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- Technical Leadership Experience: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing strategic projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.
- Embedded Operating Systems Experience: 3 years of experience with embedded operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or PhD: Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Complex Organization Experience: 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
