We are a luxury fragrance brand seeking an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to build, optimize, and elevate our customer retention ecosystem.
This is not a basic setup project. We require someone who understands luxury branding, premium customer journeys, and high-end digital presentation.
Scope of Work:
• Create and optimize automated Email marketing flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, etc.)
• Develop and implement high-converting SMS campaigns and automation
• Segment customer lists strategically to increase LTV and retention
• Audit, recommend, and implement the right Shopify loyalty/rewards app that integrates seamlessly with Shopify POS
• Optimize the loyalty account experience for both online and in-store customers
• Ensure all messaging aligns with a refined, elevated brand voice
• Improve repeat purchase rate and overall customer engagement
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute cleanly, and deliver a polished, high-end result, from design to copy to automation structure.
