As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Preparing and submitting accurate quotes**: You'll prepare and submit accurate quotes in Magento based on margin and market value.
* **Following up on quotes, addressing client concerns, and converting quotes into orders**: You'll follow up on quotes, address client concerns, and convert quotes into orders.
* **Entering detailed information into Magento**: You'll enter detailed information into Magento to ensure smooth and efficient production of custom signs.

* **Collaborating with production teams**: You'll collaborate with our production teams to ensure that job components and timelines meet our customers' expectations.
