Position: Shipping Lead + Customer Service Assistant We are seeking a Shipping Lead + Customer Service Assistant to manage inventory, shipping/receiving, facilities, and safety compliance??hile providing top-tier customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Inventory ??Create/manage shipping labels ??Coordinate large/special orders ??Monitor stock levels & forecast demand ??Handle vendor returns & reimbursements ??Conduct inventory counts & manage restocking ??Receive/inspect merchandise for accuracy/damage ??Track/process orders (incoming & outgoing) ??Maintain out-of-stock records and pricing updates ??Support promotions & ensure OSHA compliance ??Pack/kit boxes; perform basic facilities tasks Customer Service ??Assist with product selection, usage & info ??Process purchases and returns ??Provide updates on specials & stock availability ??Respond to out-of-stock inquiries and suggest alternatives ??Escalate issues as needed ??Accurately input customer data ??Support Client Service Manager in customer satisfaction Operational Support ??Update website items and pricing ??Follow directions from Client Service Manager & Ops Director ??Attend team meetings and trainings ??Maintain awareness of workflows and priorities Qualifications Required: ??High school diploma or GED ??Strong written and verbal communication skills ??Computer experience (including MS Office and shipping software) ??Basic math skills ??Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks ??Flexible availability Preferred: ??Stockroom/warehouse experience ??Retail/gift industry background ??Customer service experience ??Some college or trade coursework Traits for Success ??Organized & detail-oriented ??Positive attitude, strong work ethic ??Good communicator, team player ??Eager to learn & take initiative ??Willingness to grow with the company ??Customer-focused & solution-driven Join a creative, fast-paced promotional marketing company where your skills in logistics and customer service will help drive our success??nd grow alongside our team.
