About the position The Senior Writer at CVS Health will play a crucial role in supporting the Health Plan businesses, specifically Aetna and CVS Caremark, by creating compelling and innovative content. The role emphasizes the importance of adhering to brand standards while producing engaging content for both B2B and B2C audiences. Responsibilities ? Ideate and write creative solutions that adhere to the brand vision and brand standards of two Health Plan brands. , ? Bring ideas and creative to life with passion and commitment for enterprise-wide campaigns or one-off emails. , ? Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with peers and internal business teams. , ? Apply deep and demonstrated experience in writing for a broad range of deliverables including OLV, display, print, email, DM, and social. Requirements ? 5 years overall experience as a writer , ? 2 years of experience as a Senior Writer (in-house or external agency) , ? Top-notch writing and editing skills, including knowledge of proper punctuation, spelling and grammar , ? Ability to lead, generate and support impactful creative writing ideas and executions , ? Ability to understand a marketing brief and translate the input into ideas , ? Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and presentation skills , ? Technical skills including Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and proficiency on a Mac. Nice-to-haves ? Health care experience , ? Proven track record as a Writer with a portfolio of breakthrough creative samples , ? Knowledge of digital, print and video production , ? Experience working in creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations , ? Experience with Figma, Miro and Gen AI. Benefits ?
