Bold is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our LA team and play a key role in shaping our architecture, building features end-to-end, and driving the technical foundation that powers member engagement and helps us scale to our next stage of growth. As part of our mission-driven team, you’ll have the opportunity to impact the technical direction of the company while building experiences from the ground up that scale. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary group of teammates across technology, design, data, healthcare, and fitness—collaborating to evolve Bold’s design system and brand while delivering thoughtful, scalable software.
This is a full time hybrid role located in LA and will report to the Engineering Manager.

Compensation:
We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $175k-220k annually. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
