Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to drive success for the Commerce Platform Requirements: ? 8+ years of sale leadership experience (Director+), with a mix of Mid-Market, SMB (and Enterprise) experience ? 5+ years of experience as a second/third-line leader and managing multiple layers of sales leadership ? Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, products, and integrations with technology ecosystems ? Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize teams within a platform SaaS model ? Extensive experience with partnering cross-functionally to drive cohesion and success against sales initiatives ? Experience building multidimensional sales teams and establishing goals that align teams ?
