As a critical component of this vision, the Senior Director, Customer Solutions will play a pivotal role in leading a team that serves as the single point of contact and strategic business partner for National Retail and arenaflex account teams across all routes to consumer.

Job Overview

The Senior Director, Customer Solutions will be responsible for collaborating with sales teams, key business operations, and independent bottlers to develop and manage the execution of joint customer and arenaflex initiatives. These initiatives will drive revenue growth, improve efficiencies, and enhance customer service and satisfaction. As a critical partner of the National Retail and Food Service On Premise (FSOP) and cross-functional teams, this role will represent arenaflex in joint CPG supply chain forums and engage with senior customer supply chain leaders to enable best practice sharing and develop customer or channel-specific capability roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

Education and Experience Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 10 years of relevant work experience, including people management, and 5 years of supply chain and/or sales/field operations experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred, with 15+ years of relevant work experience and 10+ years of supply chain and/or sales/field operations experience.
