About This Role
As a Senior Creative Communications Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Sales Leadership team is represented with excellence in every interaction, internal communication, and external presentation. You will work directly with senior executives to understand their business priorities and transform them into powerful, impactful presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
This role owns the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualization to final delivery. You will be expected to see the big picture while maintaining meticulous attention to every detail. Your creative vision will shape how arenaflex communicates internally and externally, and you will serve as a strong voice and mentor for your team, building trust while partnering with cross-functional teams to create consistent, memorable experiences.
You will lead a team of creative problem solvers and ensure there is consistent messaging, design excellence, and streamlined processes across all lines of business within the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Executive Presentation Development: Own end-to-end Keynote design and content development for Business Plans, Town Halls, Conferences, and C-level internal and external communications. Transform complex business strategies into compelling visual stories that captivate executive audiences.
- Center of Excellence Leadership: Establish and lead a Center of Excellence for creative resources in the US. Create frameworks, templates, and resources to ensure consistent messaging and design quality across all sales communications.
- Strategic Storytelling: Develop storylines, manage creative pipelines, and oversee deliverables for key communication opportunities. Ensure every presentation tells a cohesive, impactful story aligned with business objectives.
- Process Innovation: Establish design intake, development, and delivery processes across US Sales for all major communication initiatives. Optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Multi-Format Content Creation: Develop cohesive narratives that communicate complex business ideas to a wide range of audiences, from frontline teams to board members.
- Communication Channel Expansion: Roll out a suite of communication delivery mediums, including Keynote presentations, video content, and web-based tools that enhance engagement and understanding.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner effectively with all team members in fast-paced environments with changing priorities. Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Key Deliverables
- External Top-to-Top and C-level outside meetings presentation materials
- Internal Town Halls and Conference presentations
- Business Plans and Account Plans for C-level audiences
- Leadership and management of the Center of Excellence for creative resources in the US, bringing the network together to share best practices and provide creative oversight to ensure messaging remains aligned
Essential Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 5-8 years of experience in leading communications or comparable experience in design or multi-media across various teams. You must demonstrate the ability to balance delivering short-term initiatives while driving meaningful change.
- Keynote Mastery: Exceptional Keynote layout knowledge with a strong creative flair. You should be able to create visually stunning presentations that capture attention and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Written Communication Excellence: Exceptional writing skills to translate complicated strategies into compelling speaking points or Keynote presentations. Clear, concise, and persuasive communication is essential.
- Self-Motivation: Self-disciplined and independent with a high sense of duty and self-direction. You must be able to work autonomously and take ownership of your projects.
- Creative Problem Solving: Out-of-the-box trouble solver who owns the creative process. You should be comfortable challenging conventions and proposing innovative solutions.

Education & Experience
