About the position
Responsibilities
• Lead all C4I&A OCS TMP Business Development activities.
• Lead the identification and development of SBU market requirements, and go-to-market strategies for enduring and next generation platforms.
• Responsible for developing, forecasting and capturing new opportunities and maintaining key OEM and Military Service relationships with new and existing customers.
• Pursuit, Order, Capture (POC) Real/Win/Worth efforts.
• Price-to-win.
Requirements
• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Experience in Military Services aviation platforms mission computing requirements and applications.
Nice-to-haves
• Knowledge and understanding of the DoD vision for multi-domain, connected battlespace, JADC2 efforts and requirements development.
• Experience with / Understanding of US DoD budget and procurement processes and comfortable interacting with DoD SMEs and Senior leaders.
