About the position The Seasonal Housekeeping & Operations role at Kohl's involves maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the store. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction by performing daily cleaning tasks and supporting operational processes effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities ? Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, guidelines, and methods , ? Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment , ? Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers in preparation for their use , ? Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance , ? Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines , ? Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team , ? Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed , ? Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services , ? Act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture , ? Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions; take appropriate partners as needed , ?
