The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and up-to-dateness of event information on our website and internal systems. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for researching and verifying event details, standardizing event names and attributes, and coordinating with marketing managers to enhance our ticket sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and Manage Critical Details: Accurately gather and verify event information, including date, time, location, venue configuration, and more, for a high volume of live events in the sports and entertainment industry.
- Standardize Event Information: Ensure consistency across all platforms by standardizing event names and attributes.
- Accurate Linking of Seller Listings: Accurately link seller listings to the correct venue seating and map information.
- Continuous Audit and Maintenance: Continuously audit event and venue information to maintain accuracy on the website.
- Prioritize Tasks Effectively: Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Data Gathering and Analysis Projects: Participate in large data gathering and analysis projects related to event information.

Work Schedule
We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs:
- Training: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM for the first three weeks. Training is conducted in-person and is paid.
- Regular Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Days off vary by week:
- Sunday/Monday off
- Tuesday/Saturday off
- Thursday/Saturday off
- Friday/Sunday off
- Hybrid Model: After training, the role will transition to a hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package:
