- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve team performance

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communication
- At least 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using customer support software, such as Gorgias, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
