[Remote] Workflow Documentation Specialist-Life/PACE Program

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CTG is seeking to fill a Workflow Documentation Specialist opening for our client in Buffalo, NY. This role will focus on analyzing, documenting, and standardizing operational workflows and preparing clear, user-friendly end-user guides for staff within the Life/PACE program. Responsibilities • Partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts to understand current-state workflows across the Life/PACE program • Document end-to-end workflows using clear process maps, narratives, and SOP formats • Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process standardization • Develop structured workflow diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools) • Create comprehensive, easy-to-follow end-user guides for frontline and administrative staff • Translate technical or regulatory requirements into clear operational documentation • Maintain version control and documentation governance standards • Support change management efforts related to workflow updates Skills • Detail-oriented • Experience documenting healthcare program workflows • Experience within a Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) environment or similar integrated care models (e.g., managed care, Medicare/Medicaid programs, value-based care programs) • Ability to partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts • Ability to document end-to-end workflows using clear process maps, narratives, and SOP formats • Ability to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for process standardization • Ability to develop structured workflow diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools) • Ability to create comprehensive, easy-to-follow end-user guides for frontline and administrative staff • Ability to translate technical or regulatory requirements into clear operational documentation • Ability to maintain version control and documentation governance standards • Ability to support change management efforts related to workflow updates • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group Company Overview • CTG, a Cegeka company, is at the forefront of digital transformation, offering innovative IT solutions and services that accelerate your strategy and project momentum.
