Responsibilities: ??Plan and book Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Universal Orlando, and Universal Hollywood vacations ??Assist clients with resort bookings, park tickets, dining reservations, Genie+/Lightning Lane selections, and special event planning ??Deliver exceptional service throughout the entire planning process ??Stay up-to-date on Disney and Universal promotions, park updates, and training certifications ??Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding communication and attention to detail ??Manage client information and bookings using travel CRM and supplier tools Requirements: ??Minimum 1 year of experience as a travel agent or vacation planner, with a strong focus on Disney and Universal destinations ??Completion of Disney??
