The Specialist, Paid Media Strategy will manage client initiatives, develop strategies, and ensure client success within the Paid Media team, focusing on both search and social channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support end-to-end multi-channel strategy to align with business goals and initiatives (Lead-Gen & Ecommerce)
- Own channel measurement: tracking, monitoring, and analyzing performance against critical metrics
- Coordinate with Data, Analytics, and Insights, Creative, & Client Services teams
- Provide account changes and optimizations to the Account Manager and any other pertinent team members
- Create Paid Media Strategies for Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Ads
- Review copy for paid ad campaigns informed by NPA best practices
- Monitor daily advertising spend per channel to align with client’s monthly budget pacing
- Collaborate with Client Services to report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Communicate directly with clients via email on a regular basis and via call on a quarterly basis
- Recommend campaigns based on the buyer's journey using audience insights and competitive analysis tools
- Manage the day-to-day team activities, project management and task prioritization, campaign best practices and tools adoption
- Prevent client escalations by providing an exceptional experience for our customers. Handle escalations appropriately when the need arises
- Delegate work effectively to our implementation teams
Skills
- 1-2 years of managing paid search budgets of over $2k-15k per month
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on Paid Search & Social campaigns
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience setting up Facebook Ads include pixel tracking and configuration
- Knowledge of eComm/Retail/Shopping marketing tactics
- Experience leading and mentoring direct reports
