They are seeking a Senior Quant Researcher/PM to design, research, and monetize high-frequency and medium-frequency futures strategies with direct PnL attribution and institutional-grade infrastructure.
Responsibilities
• Alpha research across HFT / MFT futures (seconds to intraday)
• Full ownership: signal → backtest → deployment → monetisation
• Working with elite researchers only
• Access to deep data, serious compute, and world-class execution
• Minimal bureaucracy, maximum accountability
Skills
• 5+ years in HFT or systematic trading
• Proven, monetised alpha in futures or equities
• Experience at a Tier-1 trading firm or hedge fund
• Fluent Mandarin (required for daily collaboration)
• Evidence of strategies that actually made money
