Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Engage with families to present and sell financial protection products, including mortgage protection, life insurance, and final expense solutions.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth in a commission-based environment, with a target of achieving closure rates of 2 to 10 sales weekly, depending on your availability.
- Team Development: Foster the development of your own team and explore the potential for contractual ownership of your agency, creating a pathway for passive income and long-term career advancement.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our financial protection products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications
