They are seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives to build their own portfolios, earn uncapped commissions, and generate long-term residual income.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect small to mid-sized businesses (restaurants, retail, professional services, etc.)
- Deliver engaging presentations on Betterpay’s payment, POS, and gateway solutions
- Lead the full entrepreneurial sales cycle: cold/warm outreach → demo → negotiation → close → onboarding → portfolio growth
- Build and protect your own book of business — a portfolio of accounts that generates long-term monthly residuals
- Manage your territory like an entrepreneur: set your strategy, drive your pipeline, and maximize your earnings
- Collaborate with product specialists, relationship managers, and marketing to maximize client success and new revenue opportunities
Skills
- 1+ years proven field sales B2B experience (closing deals in the door)
- Proven track record of developing sales pipelines, generating new business and exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable prospecting, knocking doors / face-to-face sales, cold / warm calling
- Strong presentation & relationship skills; persuasive, tenacious, self-starter
- Goal-driven and resilient — you view challenges as opportunities
- B2B Sales experience
- Merchant Services Sales experience
- Experience with POS / payment solutions or SaaS
