Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain interface records in ServiceNow based on design documentation and requests
- Update existing interface data as needed due to QA findings, decommissions, or revisions
- Run reports and ensure adherence to naming conventions and status standards
- Collaborate with architects and developers to clarify interface details
- Maintain organized records of revisions and documentation
Skills
- 1+ years knowledge of HL7v2 and SFTP interfaces
- 1+ years experience with Google Suite and LucidChart
- 1+ years of interface-related experience preferred
- Familiarity with API and P2P interfaces
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow
