Job Summary
As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and potential customers, providing top-notch service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and problem-solving abilities to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge of SROA products, services, and policies to assist customers and potential customers, ensuring a smooth rental/reservation process.
- Demonstrate patience and professionalism when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets, utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance industry knowledge, customer service skills, and sales performance.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience in a Call Center environment or customer sales-oriented position, such as retail sales, restaurant, front desk, hotel, car rental, or other hospitality roles.
- High-speed Internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- A typing speed of 30 WPM or more.
- A professional phone manner and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in the self-storage industry or a related field.
