Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building reporting dashboards, analyzing web data, and providing insights to inform recruitment campaign optimization and website functionality improvements. As our HR Web Data Analyst & Webmaster, you will collaborate with various HR departments and external vendors to develop comprehensive reporting and work closely with our HR Communications & Marketing team to develop actionable analyses. Additionally, you will manage our organization's main HR website, ensuring it meets organizational needs and requirements, and provide website training and support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate web analytics reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with digital marketing, recruiting, and technology stakeholder teams to understand site results and explain user behavior
- Maintain the UVA HR website, ensuring it consistently meets organizational needs and requirements
- Design and develop new website components to address evolving team needs and enhance the user experience
- Provide website training and support to internal teams and manage internal HR web editor training
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Three years of experience in web data analytics or webmaster role, or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment
- Proficiency in web and data analytics tools, including GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Drupal CMS, and SiteImprove
