Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data to ensure adequate staffing and efficient workflow
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to assign daily staffing tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing schedules using Excel and other software
- Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing situations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare team members
What You Will Need:
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Previous experience in employee scheduling or staffing (preferred)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
