The Field Marketing Specialist, Americas will assist in planning and managing field programs and demand generation activities, working closely with field marketing managers to drive new business and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Align with field marketing managers to support and manage execution of field events by creating landing pages, campaigns, uploading leads, working with brand and social teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency
- Manage quarterly Field Marketing Webinar strategy and execution
- Work with appropriate external 3rd party vendors to strengthen collaboration and maintain alignment
- Execute lead uploads to ensure follow up on marketing activities is done in a timely manner
- Meet frequently with field marketing stakeholders to provide updates on program development and status
- Work with field marketing team and channel marketing teams to assist with managing program budget
- Collaborate with the extended Marketing team to ensure visibility to all programs
- Manage contracts and vendors as required
- Attend and support relevant trade shows where needed
Skills
- 1+ years marketing or sales experience
- Experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce a plus
- Social media and digital marketing knowledge
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage numerous diverse projects
- Creative thinking to design compelling programs that are aligned to strategic objectives regionally
- A collaborative and flexible personality who adapts easily to change and a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to work in a remote environment across multiple time zones
- Occasional business travel is required
