**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack IT Business Analyst to join our IT Offices Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational efficiency of our airport communication spaces. You will work closely with our IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational efficiency of our airport communication spaces
* Collaborate with our IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently
* Manage and maintain our server farm and data center infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
* Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with corporate regulations and industry best practices
* Provide proactive and break-fix support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of equipment and software
* Collaborate with our IT teams to develop and implement IT projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure that our IT infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently
* Provide training and support to our IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to use our IT systems effectively
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on server farm and data center infrastructure
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems
* Experience with IT project management, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues
* Experience with IT policies, procedures, and standards, including compliance with corporate regulations and industry best practices
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on server farm and data center infrastructure
* Experience with IT task management, including ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) certification
* Experience with IT service management, including ITSM (IT Service Management) certification
* Experience with IT security, including security policies, procedures, and standards
* Experience with IT compliance, including compliance with corporate regulations and industry best practices
