They are seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the operational aspects of their leadership team and support their mission of scaling a global movement.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, email communications, and meeting prep across global time zones
- Coordinate logistics for events (multiple types, high frequency)
- Track action items and follow-ups from leadership meetings
- Maintain systems in Notion, Linear, and Google Drive
- Support chapter organizers, partnership outreach, and accelerator cohort logistics
- Process expenses, contracts, and vendor coordination
Skills
- Have experience in event logistics, community building, or startup operations
- Are exceptionally organized with strong written communication
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift daily
- Work autonomously with a low-ego, high-agency mindset
- Are excited about AI and want to be part of the movement
- AI-native - you use Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI tools daily
