We are seeking a licensed California attorney with experience in legal ethics or professional responsibility to assist in reviewing, refining, and submitting a formal complaint to the State Bar of California.
The goal is to ensure the complaint is:
Clearly structured
Legally sound
Supported by relevant rules of professional conduct
Presented in a way that maximizes clarity and effectiveness
Scope of Work:
Review existing complaint draft and supporting documentation
Identify any gaps, weaknesses, or areas needing clarification
Strengthen legal arguments and align with applicable California Rules of Professional Conduct
Assist in properly formatting and organizing the complaint
Provide guidance (or assist directly) with submission to the appropriate channels
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed attorney in California (active and in good standing)
Experience with attorney discipline, ethics, or bar complaints preferred
Familiarity with the complaint process through the State Bar of California
Strong legal writing and issue-spotting skills
Ability to work confidentially and professionally
Project Type:
