Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team at Workwarp. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary of $25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, own, and refine product success metrics, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive metric framework.
- Report, track, and analyze key metrics, making recommendations to improve them and identifying critical product functionalities and their business impact.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities.
- Apply technical expertise in observational data analysis to address critical business questions and influence product strategy.
- Communicate effective presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in analysis applications, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with experimental design, data analysis, survey methodology, and statistical modeling.
- Experience in operational analysis or project management support (e.g., consulting, management reporting, Six Sigma certification).
- Ability to apply statistical training to real-world data and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
